The apartment has a full bathroom with a bathtub and a living/dining room with a kitchenette. All spaces are fully equipped for short- and long-term stays. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and a living room with a Smart TV. From the first floor, there are interior stairs leading to the second floor.
The second floor, accessible via interior and exterior stairs, boasts beautiful panoramic views of the residential area, rural nature, and the mountains.
Fully furnished for the comfort of its guests, it has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, access to the balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. The living room also has air conditioning, a fireplace, and a Smart TV.
The spacious and comfortable living room, with access to the balcony and main terrace, has a fireplace, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. A staircase leads to a cozy study room in the tower with stunning views and access to a dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
The large balcony, accessible from the living room and bedroom, has a large table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful views.
It has a lovely covered terrace accessible from the kitchen and living room with a gas barbecue and an outdoor toilet. The terrace gives access to the pool area on one side and to the laundry room next to the access to the top of the hill, both sides with views.
The pool is for private use by tenants.
Casa Loma is a 25-minute drive from Mojácar's beaches and leisure centers, but only 10 minutes from amenities in the village of Turre.
The property has parking, a garden, and Wi-Fi.
The house is available for short- and long-term rentals year-round.

Long-term rental price:
 1,300€ per month plus utility bills starting in October 2025, minimum 3 months. For rentals of more than 12 months, please inquire.
 700€per month, plus utility bills, available year-round, for rentals only on the upper floor
 €495 per month, plus utility bills, available year-round, for rentals only on the ground floor
 Pool maintenance must be paid separately for long-term rentals
Short Term:
June and September: €1,200 per week with utilities included.
July and August: €1,500 per week with utilities included.
October to May: Only available for weekly rentals during Christmas, New Year, and Lent: €1,500 with utilities included.
Pets: €10 per day of stay, plus an additional €100 deposit per pet.
